The cost of orthodontic treatment varies depending on the length and complexity of your treatment. Our Financial Coordinator will provide you with a written estimate of your cost before beginning treatment and will help determine the best payment option that is most suited to your budgeting needs.

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal check, money orders and all major credit cards. We also offer in-house payment plans so you can spread the cost of your treatment over several months. Insurance

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. This benefit is usually paid as a percentage of the orthodontic fee until the maximum has been reached. The orthodontic fee includes diagnostic records, initial fee, monthly payments, etc. Mostly likely, insurance will not cover the cost for lost or broken appliances.

Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims. We accept payment from your dental insurance and will work personally with you on payment for any remaining balance. Contact your insurance carrier to determine what information they need to allow us to accept payment from them, and let us know if you need a treatment verification form from our office.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. Be aware of your benefits before treatment begins. Contact your insurance provider if you are unsure of your exact coverage. We can also submit a pre-treatment claim to determine benefits, if needed. If you would like us to submit claim forms prior to treatment, please provide us with the contact information for your insurance carrier, as well as the appropriate forms. Services cannot be rendered on the assumption that your insurance carrier will pay for our charges.

If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
